This Privacy Policy explains how CBX Media LLC ("CBX Media", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit our website or engage us for marketing services, including where you connect your advertising accounts to our tools.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Contact & enquiry data — name, email, company and message when you contact us.
• Advertising & analytics data — when a client connects an advertising account (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok), we access campaign, performance, and account-management data through those platforms' official APIs, strictly to deliver the agreed services.
• Authentication tokens — where you connect an account via OAuth, we store access/refresh tokens in encrypted form to operate the service on your behalf.
• Website usage — basic, aggregated technical data (e.g. pages viewed) to keep the site secure and functional.

3. How we use data

We use data only to: respond to enquiries; provide and improve the marketing services you engage us for; manage and optimise advertising campaigns you authorise; and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising data for any purpose other than delivering your services.

4. Advertising platform data (Meta, Google, TikTok)

When you connect an advertising account, access is granted by you through the platform's own consent screen and is limited to the permissions you approve. We use this access solely to view performance and to make campaign changes you or your team authorise. You can revoke access at any time in the respective platform's settings, or by contacting us. Our use of information received from these APIs adheres to each platform's API and data-use requirements.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: the advertising and infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, our hosting and database providers); and where required by law. All processors are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.

6. Retention

We keep personal and advertising data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. On termination of an engagement, or on request, we delete or return the data and revoke stored tokens.

7. Your rights & data deletion

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR for EU/UK data subjects), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and you may object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, or to request deletion of your data and connected-account tokens, email info@cbx-media.com and we will action it promptly.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption of stored authentication tokens and least-privilege access, to protect data against unauthorised access.
